Freelance Event Producer (Beyond Anxiety)

We are seeking a freelance Event Producer / Public Engagement Coordinator to programme a series of events during our upcoming Art-Science exhibition Beyond Anxiety (Feb 5-11th 2018 at Menier Gallery, London Bridge).

The events aim to involve and engage young people from Southwark, and should encourage creative explorations of themes in the exhibition.

ABOUT YOU

You should be extremely driven, confident to work very independently, and have a passion for collaborative working.

Experience developing and producing events is a must, and experience working with young people aged 15-25 years preferable.

Experience working across the arts and sciences is desirable.

You’ll have to jump straight in and learn fast.

You’ll have to be extremely creative and resourceful as we always operate on tight budgets (but we like to think it makes it more fun!).

Experience or knowledge of anxiety is not essential at all.  You can learn along the way, with us.

SCHEDULE OF WORKS

You should be available to work approximately 1 day per week (flexibly) from October 30th – Feb 11th (and for all events you programme during the exhibition - Feb 5-11th).

FEE  £2,400
